What is public

Everything you submit with a payment: the name, link, one-line description, category, and the amount you paid. Your fighter's colours are read from your own site's favicon, not chosen or stored separately. That is the product — it is meant to be seen.

What we store

Your listing and its payments. A click count per listing, kept as a total with no visitor identity attached. A rolling count of currently-open tabs, keyed by a random per-tab id that is discarded within 30 seconds. A cumulative visit total.

What we do not store

No accounts, no passwords, no card details — payments are handled by the payment processor and we never see the card. No advertising trackers and no profiles across sites.

Outbound links

Links carry a utm_source parameter so the listing owner can see the traffic in their own analytics. It identifies this site, not you.

Removal

A listing can be hidden on request at hello@bidchamp.lol. Payment records are kept for accounting and dispute handling.
